Compact growth with short stems. Forms loose heads that are extremely tender. Leaves are broad and somewhat crumpled with a medium green color with a light green vein. Plants can grow 24 to 36 inches tall. Cut leaves as you need them if you want to produce more leaves or cut entire plant at ground level.
