This is a large, quarter dollar-sized, flat bean that is colored light cream with maroon spots, splashes, and swirls. The vines are vigorous and reach up to 10 feet, produces heavy yields, and does well even in extreme heat. It has a butter-like texture and a subtle chestnut-like flavor.
